The work consists of arches, bases of the structure that symbolizes the open and cordial city gates, the dome represents the cosmos with various allegories, the Cross as a testimony of faith and work, and Los Angeles companions and inseparable allies that the being has human.
A roundabout that intersects the continuation of Avenida Zero with Avenida Pinar del Río, commonly known as Avenida del Tenis.
It is a tribute to the life and work of Cucuteño priest Rafael García Herreros and its creator is the artist Gerardo Ramón García Herreros who used a mixture of bronze and scrap metal.
