Its architectural structure is quite simple, it has only one nave, two windows that illuminate the chapel in the middle of the nave. The bell of the chapel is suspended, outside, in a perfect back arc, situated in the right lateral wall.
Reaching the brink of ruin, the reconstruction of 1982/83, he returned to the Chapel of St. John the Baptist his vitality.
Located in Entroncamento.
The religious belief and devotion of the Christian population in what would become a populous neighborhood of Entroncamento was already quite strong in the early seventeenth century, for at that time the Chapel of St. John the Baptist was built in the Couples of the Vaginas.
