Wildfowl & Wetlands Trust (5.5 miles / 9 km) - situated in nearby Arundel, the Trust offers interaction with ducks, swans and geese, as well as an atmospheric reed bed walk, pond dipping and boat safaris.
Worthing Museum & Art Gallery (6.5 miles / 10.5 km) - an elegant Edwardian building is home to many diverse collections including local history, geology, ceramics, glass, paintings, costumes and juvenilia. As a resident you can enjoy complimentary use of the swimming pool and sauna, or a work-out in the mini gym.
